What you eat determines how quickly you age.
You’ve heard me say it many times. The quality of the food on your plate has a huge impact on the quality of your skin. And now studies are showing a true gut-skin connection, where the health of one shows up in the other.
So which foods should you eat to look younger? And which foods should you avoid?
On this episode, I’m joined by one of the nation’s premiere board-certified plastic surgeons who also happens to have a background in nutrition. She’s going to share with us which diet she believes is the best for slowing down aging and improving your overall health, the best and worst foods for your skin, her thoughts on dairy, gluten, and collagen supplements, and much more.
If you’re interested in holistic plastic surgery, then this episode is for you.
Please join me and board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Marissa Tenenbaum, as we reveal What to Eat to Look Younger.
Dr. Marissa Tenenbaum is an associate professor of surgery and the program director for the integrated plastic surgery residency program at Washington University school of medicine in St. Louis. She is a member of West County Plastic Surgeons of Washington University. She specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body as well as breast reconstruction for women with breast cancer. Her goal is to provide women and men options to improve their appearance and increase their confidence in a safe and effective way. She believes that surgery, as well as non-surgical options, can do much to improve appearance and confidence, but equally important is a healthy approach to life including eating the right foods, fueling your body properly, and getting regular exercise.
We’ve all heard that the eyes are the windows to the soul.
But it’s also the area that bothers us most when we age.

I’ll go over the best eyelid creams to reduce wrinkles, dark circles, and puffiness, the best treatments for crow’s feet, which type of blepharoplasty surgery to consider, how to get a brow lift for $30, and much more.
If you’re looking in the mirror and don’t like what you’re seeing, then this podcast is for you.
Please join me as I reveal How to De-Age Your Eyes.
What is your personality color?
According to the People Code, we all have one personality color that we identify with and that determines how and why we act the way we do. So, are you blue, red, white, or yellow?
On this episode I’m joined by two holistic women’s hormone experts, Dr. Nat Kringoudis and Dr. Mariza Snyder. We reveal how to determine what personality color you are and discuss Dr. Nat’s new book, Beautiful You: Everything They Forget to Tell You About Health, Hormones, Sexuality, and a Happier Self – A Smart Gal’s Guide.
It’s a fun and entertaining conversation amongst three holistic health experts that you don’t want to miss.
Please join me, Dr. Nat Kringoudis and Dr. Mariza Snyder as we discuss Health, Hormones, Sexuality, and Your Personality Color.
Have you tried intermittent fasting?
It seems like everyone is doing it, from Beyonce to Nicole Kidman to Halle Berry to Jennifer Lopez. This new approach to eating limits the hours in which you eat, resulting in significant improvements in weight loss, health, and even aging.
So what is the best way to practice intermittent fasting? And who benefits the most?
In this podcast episode, I’m joined by an expert in intermittent fasting. She’s used it for hundreds of her patients and herself to make massive changes towards better health and body composition. We’ll discuss the different types of fasting (intermittent and others), the easiest way to implement intermittent fasting into your lifestyle, and how combining a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting can create even bigger rewards. This is a conversation on the cutting edge of health and wellness that you absolutely must listen to.
Please join me and Dr. Stephanie Estima as we discuss Intermittent Fasting to Lose Weight and Improve Your Health.
