Stress.  We all have it, and we all respond to it differently.  While a little stress may be good for you, the stress that so many of us experience day-in and day-out can tax our adrenal glands, prematurely age our skin, and even contribute to an early death.  So how should we deal with stress?  The solution isn’t popping pills, but dealing with it in a healthy, holistic manner.
